Pros-They stick very well. Cons- When I peeled it off, it took some skin with it! So be careful putting it on sensitive or thin skin. Also, I don’t think I got much pain relief from them. I think I felt the strongest effect after 3-4 hours.
It's hard to find TCM plasters outside of Asia so I'm happy to find this, they're not the highest quality on the market but they work well, the plasters themselves are a little tough to get off and hurt which you don't get with the higher quality ones in Asia. The herbs are potent and it does help muscle soreness, tightness and tension depending on your ailment.
