I have used it to provide compression after breast cancer removal surgery & abdominal surgery, to hold in place hot packs and ice packs to abdomen, breast, foot and ankle. Indispensable in my life. I also recommend using it to hold a hot pack to the pelvic region for menstrual pain.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I love how it wraps and supports my elbow or even knee. I use it whenever I feel it's strained after weightlifting, it's effective and good value.

Poor quality, after using couple times the product is not able to stay in original shape.

Love the quality and size. You can customise it by cutting to size of your liking. Also I use it for my niece to put compression on the leg due to a fall and it helps. Its effective in reducing pain coz I rub balm before wrapping it.

This is a very handy compression wrap, it’s easy to use and the size is manageable. Very helpful to use for different locations that need stability or compression.

I’ve worn twice so far for workouts. It’s a wrap about 3 inches wide. I will update with the length. It’s able to wrap several inches above and below my elbow. I have a small size arm. I have tennis and golfers elbow and this helps to compress the area.
