Activated Charcoal Powder, Unflavored, 2 lb (907 g)

After having my dog ingest something he shouldn't have I started to research what to do and since it was too late to induce vomiting the next thing was to use activated charcoal. At the time I only had capsules so I quick started popping open capsules till I had enough for my size dog. Then mixed the activated charcoal with apple sauce baby food to get a black slurry. Then I slowly syringe fed my dog it. (NO NEEDLE ATTACHED) He puked it up after maybe 15 mins but started to see improvements in symptoms. The next morning he was doing great and had black poop which is a good sign meaning he didn't end up puking it all up. There are charts online that you enter your dogs weight and get an estimated amount to use. I used up almost my whole bottle I had on hand. Since it worked so well I never want to be without it so I'm buying this in bulk and without the capsules. Yes it WILL be messy.....YES you will get black hands and black carpet if spilled on it......YES it may save your pups/fur balls life....YES it was worth the laundry and little bit of mess to still have my pooch back to 100%. The substance he got into wasn't super toxic but still harmful. That is why I decided to monitor and treat at home. If symptoms would have gotten dangerously bad I'd have took my dog to the emergency vet. (Weekend) I am NOT a vet! I did my research and weighed my options. I used a different product but this is the same ingredient so it should work the same I'm thinking. This is what I did and should NOT be interpreted as medical/veterinary advice. Keeping this on hands gives you options that's all I'm saying. You keep bandaids at home when you aren't planning on cutting yourself...why not keep this at home just in case. I used 60cc "catheter syringe" and baby food that's from those little glass jars. 2 baby food to almost a shot glass worth of powder. Just enough baby food to wetten the powder and make it safer to swallow. My dog COULD still swallow. If your dog CAN'T safely swallow IT'S TOO LATE for this to work. No you have no other option than to see a vet. They could aspirate if given this when they aren't able to swallow!!! (Anything you do it's on you. I had a bad meet some years ago , got extremely sick the hospital give me this and I got better and went home ( I was in Thailand )

I actually use this for my project experiments, and it's my second purchase, the size is perfect compared with the price, I always get the biggest size so I can do more savings, normal packaging, age scent quality benefit composition essential oil sensitive moisturize nourishment, I think it's also used for skin care, I've never tried it this way

activated charcoal is the best binder for toxic heavy metals. I like to use it in conjunction with a couple of other binders. usually in the afternoon before my night time meal

I read the review before buying it, and so I know that the powder is very fine and you might cause of problem if you don’t pay attention to it. But it is actually not so bad. I like this and quality very much. although it is a big can, I think I can finish it within a couple months without a problem. The taste is like raw egg, so I always add into coffee or chicory drink. I haven’t seen the benefit yet, but I think I will order it again.

I wanted it to put in my lemon water, but I advise to not do that. It smelled & tasted like rotten eggs. Probably best suited to maybe take once a month or once a week in an 8 ounce glass of cold water. The quality is great! After I take it it causes me the go to the toilet in order to detox my body! The size is appropriate especially when drinking alcohol!

It has a Good quality, no added ingredients, it’s large in size, not the best in taste but it’s also not made for taste lol , it has benefits as a parasitic binder. Just be sure to use proper dosage or you risk constipation.
