I have been using alpha ketoglutarate for a while and I notice a more steady level of energy throughout the day. The quality seems good and the ingredients are clean, which I appreciate. The capsule size is easy to take and the dosage is simple to adjust. It does not have a taste, which is a plus. I do not use it every day, only when I feel I need a little extra support. So far it has been a helpful addition.

I'm very happy with the quality of this product and its economy 240 compact size capsules package. Capsules are very easy swallowed and they have no taste or any disturbing smell. I was looking for anti age, anti oxidative Complex, but didn't find anything. Very happy with the benefits of deciding to buy every ingredient separately. Great dosage than you will ever find in a complex!

Just started taking AKG, and found out that Nutricost has it! Bought several bottles and will continue to see for results!

The tablet is really great. The ingredients and results are amazing. It really helped me with my diet and even muscle mass in the body. Maybe it helps with protein absorption in the body. The size of the tablet is great and it is made of very good quality
