I take one tablet a day to help promote my health and wellbeing. I wanted to boost my immunity, so I took this for to try this bee propolis internally to , it looks to be pretty natural not over processed, you can still feel the smell but slightly the taste is barely observable, it is antibiotic and I take it with olive oil to because that is anti inflammatory to on a small scale

I take propolis to boost memory and after using almost the whole bottle I can say it is great. Now if I am unable to immediately recall say a celebrity name I just concentrate a bit and the name pops up.
