I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. The quality is great, and it arrived well-packaged and fresh. I take this supplement to help boost my immunity. When I've grew up, I was teached this to be an amazing way, and it still believe and do that. The pills are small and easy to ingest.
I've been wanting to try bee propolis for a while but the ones I found locally were not affordable. I found these on iherb at a good price and I've been taking them for one month already. I take them with other supplements, nothing bad to say so far. They are easy to swallow. The capsules do have a strong propolis smell but it does not bother me at all. I don't find that they have any taste when swallowing.
Good quality, but watch out for allergies. I really wanted to love this Bee Propolis from California Gold Nutrition. The product quality and packaging are great, but unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction after two weeks of use. If you have a sensitivity to bee products, be cautious

I’ve been taking these bee propolis capsules for a while. They are easy to swallow and have no strong aftertaste. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and they seem gentle on the stomach.
