guys I’ve been on this C8 MCT grind for 3 months and the way it melts stubborn fat is insane. Honestly, it's my holy grail. But ngl this Vanilla flavor is way too sweet for my zero sugar lifestyle 😭🥴. I’m sticking to the unflavored next time, but for now, I’ll be mixing this into my hot chocolate or dessert to balance out the sweetness. The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. i bought quite a few bottles and used it for my coco and coffee. on it's own I cud add some water to drink just before sleep. which relax my stomach all the time. of course, the liver cud absorb mct oil and the benefits is it will reduce the fatty liver, as our liver will be conditions to look to burn fats as energy source.

MCT Oil is Very Good, and Good deal also, the Package and the quality are good, and the Size against the price is fair enough, ingredients and Taste are fine, you will feel the Vanilla taste it's a good benefit still using it, but feel different in my energy

This ingredients powder does not burden the gastrointestinal tract and the contents are absorbed very quickly. I use it in the morning with coffee, i allready see some benefit for mu stomach , it is a little sweet for my taste, but due to the very favorable price I can overlook this aspect.
