Women, Chasteberry with Dong Quai & Ginger Root, 120 Capsules

I bought this when my period got out of whack. I had a cycle of just 12 days, then 25, then 36. I bought this, and just after one cycle, I got my 28-day cycle back and have had it ever since. I also take DHEA 15mg that I'm sure worked alongside this. Nutricost is the one company I truly trust. They have 3rd party testing, so I know I can trust them quality of the ingredients. 5,000 mg is on the high side in terms of dosage, but I think for me its good it considering the benefits I feel. The capsule is the same size as most other supplements and has little to no taste. Make sure you need this before using it! Im not a medical professional!

Got this product and after I started using it it changed me completely. And not in the good way. I’ve got my hot flashes back, I was always in a bad and irritable mood. I couldn’t sleep and felt depressed. I’m not trying to say it’s a terrible product but it affected me so badly. I think it’s those 5000 mg that was too much for me . When I started to use 400 mg tabs I’ve got back to normal. So mind your milligrams!!!

Good for stabilising crazy hormones. I think they should just take the b6 out as it is at maximum recommended daily allowance and you get enough from your food already. And it then puts you at risk of B6 toxicity. I have to be very mindful of this. If I take anything else with it, as well as this I get very mild toxicity symptoms. But this is so good for keeping my hormones balanced, I prioritise this supplement over anything else with B6 in it.

The composition is well-balanced, and the quality is good. The tablets have a specific smell and taste, but it is not unbearably unpleasant. They have a cumulative effect, but unfortunately, I did not notice a significant difference for myself.

The dosage is exactly what I needed. If I don't take this daily, I notice a huge decrease in my mood and energy levels. No after taste. The supplement is a reasonable size and easy to swallow. Great price with quality ingredients. I have purchased several bottles and have seen a significant benefit to taking this supplement for PMS.

I’ve often had issues with irregular periods and my body responded well to don quai tinctures or chasteberry to get be on track. I’ve been irregular again recently and this product has made a huge difference with regulating my periods and overall sleeping better and more patient again too, not sure if it’s related but I’ve noticed

Love the ingredients and dose/strength! I was looking for vitex "extract" and this is the one. Great quality and is effective. Helps so much with my pms symptoms, I bloated way less and didn't get cramps on my last period after I started taking this. I love that there's ginger root and dong quai added too
