I am assuming it has unbroken hulls which makes it good for detox not as a nutritional supplement. I actually struggled to find chlorella with unbroken hulls. Only drawback is that even though the tablets are fairly small, they can get stuck during swallowing. Nonetheless, I prefer this over powder.
