the capsule is a reasonable size, suitable dosage to see benefit. no taste. great quality and ingredient, I would get again. I do not use very often so I'm still using the same bottle I've gotten a few years ago, and it is great for alertness in a non-hyper way.
I bought CLA EVLution and prefer this one. My appetite is suppressed with this during the day, and the capsules are easy to take, I don’t have an issue usually with size, but some might. Even tho they are pretty significant. Along with cost, this are what I’ll buy once more.
