I love it! Every morning I make an omelette and I put some protein in it to make it even more potent! I also put half of it and half of another whey chocolate protein in my smoothies, for diversity.. Plant based protein is an excellent source and very beneficial! My muscles have grown a little in percentage, without exercise, just walking, and it feels good..! Good quality, will buy again!
