I find that mixing up my tongkat ali sources has helped me to keep the positive effect flowing. I do cycle my tongkat, which is recommended, though some do prefer to take it every day instead. 200:1 extract is the more potent variety, and I mix this up with a 100:1 extract from a different vendor. Anyone who knows longjack, knows that the taste is extremely bitter, making it 100% necessary to take in capsules haha.
