I use the epsom salts once a week to feel some comfort , the size of the package was a little small so didn’t last as long as expected but overall it’s a great product with many benefits … because it doesn’t have a scent it makes it incredibly gentle on sensitive skin !
Love these eps salts. I use them all the time. For the kids bath if they're feeling a bit tired and achy. For my bacth every time bc I'm always tired and achy. So all ages. Input them in my foot back when I do my pedicure and it helps the dead skin to come off like butter. Nice packaging. No scent.

every time I start getting leg cramps, I'll soak my feet in a shallow bath of this and I'll stop getting cramps for the next few days! it's just a bit expensive since you need quite a lot of the salt, so I've turned to other sources now.
