Berberine Ceylon Cinnamon Complex, 2,000 mg, 50 Capsules

I have been looking for a stronger potency of Berberine and found it in this product what is 2,000 mg compared to mainly 500 mg from other brands. I also wanted one with cinnamon and this one from Nature's Truth checked that box too. I have bought 3 boxes twice so far and have yet to check my HBA1Ac. Will update the review once I get the results.

I didn’t use it yet but i usually drink it as a tea, the size is good 50 capsules and the packaging was good quality, these two ingredients known on their benefits for people who have problems with cholesterol levels and insulin resistance and this is a high dosage i ordered three boxes

Berberine here is not most effective for appetite reduction but it helps excretion of bile abd cinnamon is great to reduce appetite and nuch more
