This supplement quells inflammation from my arthritis. I take one daily as a maintenance dose. If my pain increases occasionally, I will use it as package instructions direct—2 to 4 tablets daily. I use the extra strength formula and it’s been part of my arthritis pain management regimen for about 10 yrs. I am a76 yo woman.
I have used the s for knee osteoarthritis and foot pain. Not 100 % but has helped. Don’t need it as much as before because my knees and feet are getting better. I just didn’t wanna be living on ibuprofen. Try and see if it helps you. It helped me.
