I bought this for my daughter that suffers from migraines. I was skeptical because it's hard to find natural supplements that help with migraines. She said it helped her for a couple of weeks and then they came back. She would gladly take a couple of weeks migraine free than nothing at all.

It's the supplement that helped me most with my migraines, although I am not using it every day but only when need it. Though neck/spine-injured, I don't get headaches like others do, since I hydrate, supplement food-form Vitamin B-complex, and maintain chiropractic physician spinal decompression and re-alignment. But after multiple concussions, if I lie on my side or face down, I hear blood rushing to one side of my head, and ache start, so I have to turn on my back to stop it. This product plus a Feverfew herb supplement stop this! As I don't know which one or if it's both of them helping, I mention them both. Life Extension is a top quality brand and usually fillers-free pure formulations.

Using it for a year, the best product I bought for migraine, constant use is important with a small break in between after 2-3 months of usage, sometimes 1 softgel per day is enough, tried different products as well on Iherb, but it didn't work out for me. Good in combination with Niacin Flush flush-free.

I purchased this to help with hormonal migraines I experience, and was very pleased that it actually helps! It does not completely relieve them, but takes the edge off enough so that I can function. I use it as needed, so not on a daily basis. It has helped with tension headaches as well. It does make me tired, so I don’t use it during the day unless I’m desperate for relief.
