This review is not a way of getting rewards or any kind of promotion. I genuinely would like to recommend this product to women who are in a perimenopause and who are experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. This product helped me more than medicine that was given by my doctor. I stopped taking any prescriptions and just take this once a day.
I take this daily. I read an article called “Supplements Most Women Should Consider Taking” and this was one of the supplements suggested. After further researching and showing to my doctor I added it to my vitamin regime.
The product is great but it hurt my stomach. Perhaps start by taking 1/2 the dosage every other day. Cumin is great overall but just not for me. Regardless DIM is a must have for most women so if this one isn’t working, try natures way or pure encapsulations. Dim has great overall benefits for women’s health.

I've been taking it for a while now, and overall I feel pretty good; I haven't experienced any noticeable discomfort. The ingredients seem reassuring, the capsules are easy to swallow, and they don't have a strange taste. The effects are relatively mild, and you need to continue taking it to see noticeable results, but overall the quality is good, and I would consider repurchasing.
Another quality product from Terry Naturally with great ingredients that will benefit anyone looking to supplement with a compound found in many cruciferous vegetables. The BCM-95 is another added bonus of this complex.
