We're never without Cold Eeze. May shorten duration of cold symptoms. They maybe a little pricey for a throat lozenges, but well worth the price and natural cherry tastes good.

Good Zinc Source without exceeding recommended dose
My doctor recommends Zinc for immunity. I've researched various brands and always come back to these lozenges based on recommendations and reviews I've seen. The only problem I have being a lozenge is they sometimes irritate my tongue but it's an issue I'm prone to and probably no problem for most.
