The quality of this vinegar is great. I use this on my salad and dumplings and it gives me a pleasant taste.

I usually switch vinegars and rarely stay with the same brand for a long period of time, in this case, I would definitely come back and purchase another one in future. It doesn't taste really sweet as sometimes, they mibght taste really sweet but I enjoy the sourness of it, so go ahead and make your purchase if you prefer a not so sweet version.
