The seeds are actually tasty and I enjoyed them as a nutrient-rich snack. With 6g of protein per serving, they are an excellent source of plant-based protein. 【Personal Note and Caution】 Unfortunately, they did not agree with my personal constitution, and I felt a slight nasal discomfort after consumption. Since I had no issues with refined sunflower oil, I may have reacted to the seeds themselves or trace ingredients from the manufacturing equipment. *Note: There is a warning that this product is manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, sesame, soy, and egg components. The quality and flavor of the product itself are excellent, so I highly recommend it to those without sensitivities. It's a shame I can't continue eating something so delicious.

I really like that these are roasted with no salt. They still taste great - they have that good toasted flavor. They are very handy in the resealable pouch so I can have just a single serving at a time. I keep them in the freezer and add them to recipes as needed. Unsalted seeds (and nuts) can turn before too long but these have kept great in the freezer.
