Not as good as the Go Raw organic sprouted pumpkin seeds with sea salt! For me, the roasted taste is too strong / overpowering and I would prefer more pumpkin seed taste. And I find it too salty as well. Other than that, the seeds are nice and plump with good mouth feel
These are a really quick quality, pumpkin seed, I love that they’re organic, I’ve had some of them… But I thought it was safe when I saw that it was organic, organic sea salt, etc. However, it does have seed oil in it, which I’m trying to cut out of my diet. So I gave these to my husband. As long as you’re not trying to avoid seed oils or you’re just going to have this on occasion these will be good for you. Just not for me.
Typically I buy raw pumpkin seeds. This is my first time buying roasted. They taste amazing!

A nice healthy snack for on the go or can be added to any meal. A good quality brand. They arrived in good packaging and taste great. Pumpkin seeds have many health benefits. They are a great addition to ones diet.
I have tried different pepitas, and I really like the taste of this brand. I like that they are organic, and the salt they use adds magnesium, which is great.
I love love love these! I also love to melt dark chocolate and spread it out and cover it with these seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Best extra treat ever! The seeds do offer great benefits and are easy to use in recipes.
