i take this after my dinner. my only complaint is that i want to know the exact contents of the product.

Trace minerals have been helping me with nighttime leg cramps. I'm not sure what minerals are in this supplement but its doing the job.

Great quality supplement , gives trace minerals for energy and overall health.

Good mineral support. Helps with overall energy and vitality, but results are gradual, not instant. Solid product for daily trace minerals, just not a huge “wow” boost.

I compared the ingredients to a bottle purchased from a health doctor and the amounts and names were comparable. So it saved me some dollars and I will keep taking them.

I like that the capsules are easy to swallow. Too soon to tell how they are working, but appear to be high quality.

It's a nice mineral supplement, but it would be better if it was in liquid form.

I am glad that such a supplement is available as a tablet, as I do not like the soupy taste of liquid formulations.
