I bought it because it suppresses inflammation in the body. It's not cheap, but I have mild atopic dermatitis and asthma, so I thought I should start with gut health. The keloid-like roughness on my hands has improved. My asthma is mild, but it hasn't improved. I won't know for sure until I continue using it, so I'll buy it again. But it's expensive...
