Based on research, L-Glutamine is indicated for digestive track repair. Researched this company and they appear to really care about their processing and product quality - price is comparable to others. My _hope_ is that this does the trick. Digests very well and if the marketing literature is correct, it is highly bio-available. I cannot say that I can point to specific incremental improvement due solely to this product, so all I can say is that I do feel healthier due to overall regime (vitamins, diet, emotional healing, exercise, Christian faith based attitude).
