It's a tea that helps with sleep and relaxation; it tastes good and the quantity is decent.

I took this for a week. By day four, I developed a painful, itchy rash on my hands that looked like eczema. Never had eczema before. I've used this herb in tincture form with no reaction. The pill version clearly had something I'm allergic to. Took two weeks to fully heal.

I’ve never seen such a good composition in a tea for relaxation. Specifically, one of its main ingredients is valerian root . Yet, the taste is still pretty pleasant

Great quality it makes me sleepy and relaxed with out melatonin because I’m trying to cut of melatonin and it works and I well reordered and I like that it’s doesn’t have ashwganda

The tea smells good. I would drink one cup of tea before sleeping every night. It seems to be i have a better sleep after drinking this.

Super effective relaxing tea for sleep! I tried this the first time because another brand that I usually drink ran out of stock but I have been pleasantly surprised, may switch over to this for good! I have one serving before sleep every night and the ingredients, on top of being caffeine-free, have been working wonders for me!

The tea is very delicious. It helps a lot with falling asleep. I have the impression that I sleep better. The tea delivers what it promises. Furthermore, I like the composition of the herbs.
