It helps my boy to have less leg pains. He used to wake up almost every night complaining of growing pains. Since we start taking the gummies, he migh get up once every 2 weeks.

I like these supplements a lot. I am not sure if they really foster child's growth (to be honest, I don't think this is something that can be affected by any over-the-counter supplements), but the ingredients are definitely good for bones, muscles, joints and ligaments of an active kid.
The only supplement that actually had k3 in it which makes it a good use for growth. K3 helps d3 move into the bones and helps support growth. Ingredients are the best and quality is good. Taste not great but size is small great benefits noticeable improvement in my child's height in a short period of time.
It seems to work - I noticed growth progress. The taste is pleasant, and no side effects so far.
