Gave this three stars only because iHerb was kind enough to refund my order when I explained how this product was listed as vegan and most certainly after much research has some dairy product in it since with KSM66 processing of the Ashwagandha this process is done my soaking the roots and milk letting them dry and then pulverizing them.
I take it 2 hours before bed and it relaxes me. I rest very well and it also helps me with digestion. Every morning I go straight to the bathroom.
