Bergamot Phytosome with Citrus Bergamot Extract, 500 mg, 60 Veggie Capsules

This is a daily supplement for me. One a day for several years now. I have just increased the dosage to 1000 mg daily. I expect my numbers will go down again. This brand is becoming a daily supplement staple.
