Magnesium Complex with D3 & Zinc, 60 Capsules

I used to take Nature Made prenatal when i was pregnant so i trust the quality and ingredients of their products. Prior to this i was taking magnesium glycinate recommended by my cardiologist for my hypertension from POTS. I was taking it for years and then a friend told me that there is magnesium complex, so i gave it a try to and it actually works great for me. The size is perfect and the best part is i only need to take 2 capsules per day. I used to take 4 per day on glycinate and sometimes its hard to swallow them.

This has oxide, citrate glycinate and malate. Those last two are what I needed and are also easily absorbed so I was happy to find this supplement
