It's delicious.
I'm in my late 40s and haven't been exposed to much sunlight, so I started taking supplements because I suspected a vitamin D deficiency. I also have obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and I'm hopeful that this supplement will help with that as well. I love this product; it's so tasty I want to eat more than one! I've grown tired of swallowing supplements, so I switched to a chewable type. One small tablet a day dissolves quickly in my mouth, and I think I can stick with this.
