The combination of ointment and soap worked well for me: relief came fast, and the rash cleared up noticeably within 2 weeks. The ointment was soothing but too oily, and the wash complements it nicely. My only gripe is the price—it’s a bit steep for the amount you get. Still, it does what it promises! hopefully results last long
