Great product for my really rough sharp heels! I don't know why I have had these really rough sharp heels for years but this works much better than the non-metal foot files I have always used. I use it when my feet are dry and basically sand off dead dry skin then moisturize and place cotton socks one. Saves my socks from a premature end too!
