Ilike that the ingredients are made of 80% olive oil and oregano leaf oil, and it is in small handy size that can be carried with me everywhere. The dosage is small, so this will last long. I bought this for health benefits, for skin and respiratory issues as oregano is a powerful herb. the taste is not very exciting but that's to be expected.
