I mistakenly bought it thinking it was a capsule. My eyes seem to be in good condition after taking this. The taste is sweet and delicious. The berry red liquid is hard to remove when it gets on rubber gloves or sponges when washing glasses, so I'm worried that it might stain my teeth. But the ingredients seem good and it feels good, so I think I'll buy it again.
