So, be careful what you use it for. It’s a good product, but don’t expect it to work in everything. In baking, it works, but don’t try anything like the viral tofu bagels (it was so bad when I tried to use this as flour for that) The bag is a good size for the price, and the concept is great. I would say it’s good in quality, but definitely not for everyone. Using it will be an experiment (especially in texture) But it’s a worthwhile investment, if you are trying to hit your protein goals, eat a plant-based diet, and like baking. Though, I definitely think this is more of a protein powder than a baking ingredient. It would probably do just as well in smoothies, or even soup (as a protein-dense thickener).

It was a good value when it was on sale but i don t think i could buy it at full price because i think you could just make your own or use a recipe to basically make the same thing.

decent quality ingredients, added to my baking and it was not bad. fully plant based, comes in a small size packet, with nutritional information behind, please checl the info before using it. this is a good way to add protien to your baking. you can try to put this in roti. theres also a recipe given on the back side of the packet.

The taste is great and very good clean ingredients. I love making brownies with it

We probably all know how challenging it is to consume your daily dosage of protein. For many, it requires a total overhaul of your lifestyle and diet. And that product helps put protein even in baked goods. Plus, not everyone is crazy about the taste of protein powder. Pea protein, especially disguised as a muffin or pancake goes a long way. I would appreciate a larger packege at the same price, though

Although the brownie photo on the package is deceiving the mix actually taste good when baked, just add your choice of flour and cacao powder
