This was mainly used to help my circulation blood flow on my body which is why I intended to using it. But noticed after these few weeks my sleep has improved alot, it suppresses my appetite along with it energy part did take a while though it didn’t happen over night but my memory has also improved less brain fog Also wondering if it does help my pmsing systems cause I heard ginkgo biloba is good for that as well
