I was very pleased at the level of detail included in the ingredient label. Most other pumpkin seed oil supplements do not give any further break down than the quantity of pumpkin seed oil. This label also listed the "typical fatty acid profile" of Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid , and Palmitic Acid. I also applaud their use of minimal ingredients.

I've been using Pumpkin Seed Oil for hair growth. I take hair vitamins, too! But, prior to taking hair vitamins, only took pumpkin seed oil and it appeared to help with hair growth. The price is fair. I used to use another brand, but this one is equally as good. The soft gels are big, but I don't find them hard to swallow. I've repurchased this item multiple times.
