I love Mary Ruth. Tried the liquid probiotic and was looking for something with some more strains

This one is quite strong. it came by post office in completely good condition which is a rare thing. Apparently, it makes my breath stink. I am not sure if that correlates but i decrease using it once in 2 days. Have not noticed any appetite change, but go to toilet regularly.

I have a history of flora balance issues and I like to rotate my probiotics every couple of months to avoid getting used to one. this was a good one and I'll be adding it back into the rotation again

Good brand. Good broad spectrum of probiotics. And it's on sale, otherwise the price is a bit high.
