Got this to help with speech for my son. After a month he started speaking a lot more frequently and without being asked. Taste wasn’t bad and he enjoyed taking it. Size of bottle lasted a month for a toddler. The ingredients are great and high quality from Mary Ruth’s. Not the taste you would assume from mushrooms which was nice( I personally do not like mushrooms) packaging is great and easy to use. Will be buying again.
I was unsure about this purchase, but I ended up liking this mushroom complex very much, Made from fruiting body, not mycelium which was my deciding factor!
Good quality and great mix of ingredients. Helpful for memory and immune system. I was mixing this product with a drop for focus and adrenaline, which helped me a lot to stay focused when im very tired and didn't sleep enough. Good for energy also.
