I suffer from recurring vitamin D, deficiency or insufficiency. I’ve learned that liposomal vitamin D is best for me as it is better absorbed and thus more effective at raising my vitamin D levels. I enjoy this one very much as it tastes great. I just wish it had vitamin K2 added to it.
I exhausted myself looking for the right Vit D supplement for my needs. I landed upon this one, relatively new. So far, I'm really pleased with this choice. The look, consistency and taste is just like having some berry yoghurt! Fairly strong in flavor, but ever so pleasant, would be great for children. How effective it is for me personally, I'm not sure, as I have taken Vit D supplements for a long time, so my system is used to them, but I'm sure it will be as effective as most Vit D supplements. I specifically had trouble finding a supplement where I could tailor the dosage needs and this was the only sublingual one I found where I can easily do that. It's a very high dosage if you adhere to the directions, and I didn't want that to begin with, as I'm currently only wanting to take 1,000 IU at a time, but that is easily done with this one as I simply take 1/4 tsp. So far so good I recommend it ! 👍🏼
I've been taking this for about two weeks and I can feel myself being more bubbly! When my vitamin d is low I'm more fatigued and less gritty. Will definitely be using more of MaryRuth's products!
Say one f the best liposomal vitamin D I’ve tried ! Size is small but hopefully it worked better than others. I cant comment on the absorption and dosage at the moment since the effects are not visible in this case, unlike the liposomal Vitamin C taken by patient.
This is one of the most bioavailable D3 supplements and tastes great.

very good quality and ingredients. the consistency is a bit thick and hard to squeeze out of the bottle. the taste is ok but kids got sick of it after a while.
