I don’t know… I wish there was more guidelines on how to take it. It sticks to teeth and absolutely cannot be diluted with water. The taste is super strong. I just wish there were more instructions, or maybe it’s not a good product. Does it have to stick and stain the tests and everything around? I got some on my nail and oh jeez it took almost 2 days to get off:/

I love this stuff and wouldn't be without it. The bees knew what they were doing when they placed this in their hives. I just take in directly from the dropper as it stains everything it touches. It does have a mouth feel that some may not like the positives outweigh the negative of the mouth feel. Great product for an amazing price.
Propolis tincture is extremely effective for sore throat. Try to drip it to the back of your throat leave for a short while before swallow it.
I have read up on the benefits of propolis and I like to think it is improving blood flow and circulation. I do feel younger on it. I am not a doctor though. I do notice I feel better the days I take this.
incredible stuff!!! this is how bees protect their hives. just be warned it stains and STICKS!!! can be difficult to clean off cups etc it is like glue. potent antibiotic both topically and internally when needed

Alcohol can have it absorbed the best in order to enjoy the antibiotic benefits, sadly the size of it is small so I had to order three of those instead of having just one package, the tase will be unpleasant but the idea is to dilute it either in water or something else, other than that it looks like a fine product
Home staple. We use it all the time especially for inflammed throats or at the onset of a cold. Tried non-alchohol formulas but they get to sticky. Have repurchased several times.
