I put 3 to 4 of these under my tongue before bed to help with any inflammation in my body and for help with my joint paint. Also use it with any sinus congestion I might have. Overall, I use it daily.

Works. Just testing the waters of arnica. To see if I feel anything. Every homeopathic is a game of chance. Some work and some don’t. Everybody is different and I should probably get a homeopathic emergency kit, so I can get a better understanding.
I took this for inflammation after an eyelid surgery. I'm unsure if it has helped to lessen the swelling though. Am still swollen, but maybe it would've been worse if I didn't take the Arnica pellets.
Very effective but it took a little longer to feel the benefits than usual. I have generally used the 200 ck Arnica Montana but decided to try this for a change. As always I feel confident with Boiron in quality and price. No bad side effects.

I recommend homeopathic to many people because there is less side effects. I use it for muscle pain when I cannot see my chiropractor. Great for menstrual cycle pain but every person is different so it may work for some people. I like the 200ck dose because it is stronger than the 30c.
