Bought it at trial price. The dosage is decent (especially for D3 at 50mcg or 2000IU, and K2 at 120mcg). I like that it is all included - calcium, D3K2, and even magnesium and vitamin C. However, a serving size is 4 capsules. But as it is in capsule form, it is easy to swallow.

I stumbled upon this brand and liked that it had several vitamins and minerals in one capsule. Sometimes taking many supplements gets too much and i end up not taking any at all! As i am now post menopause, i feel its important to have a supplement for bone strength and density along with the combination of k2 and d3 and especially calcuum and magnesium. My doctor recommended taking calcium, as I am entering perimenopause. I wanted the most absorbable formula I could find. This one has given me little stomach upset. Be aware: you have to take 4 tablets today.
This product is super convenient because it gives you not just calcium, but other essential nutrients too. I’m not sure about the results yet, but there are no bad side effects. If they just made the pills smaller, it would be perfect. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has trouble swallowing.
