I’m a big fan of Bach flower essences however I did not realize until I received my order that all of the smaller ml bottles are not the traditional formula they’re made with vegetable glycerin. Which is fine it’s just not my preference. Still a big fan but definitely prefer the original ones and I think the labeling could be more clear when ordering on the app.
Holly is wonderful for fostering feelings of warmth and compassion. I feel more open-hearted and at peace when using it. The 20 ml bottle is convenient and lasts a long time.
Anger issues were like night and day with a child while using this remedy. I plan to continue to buy it so it's in the house. It's unreal how well it works, it's subtle, but it works.

I've been using the whole set of Bach Flower Remedies for 30 years now. Just had to replace this one. Holly is intended for contentment and balance. There is a lot of in depth information on all 38 Remedies available on the Internet. I prefer the Original Bach Flower Remedies.

this is my second time around using this essence and it is truly incredible. it helped me get along with everyone in a long term program i was doing, wishing them well and thinking good thoughts about them, interpreting their actions with good intentions, which is a huge change for me since i come from a rough background and often was on the defensive. truly life changing.
I’ve tried a few different ones and so decided to get a few more to add to my collection. I think if I see big changes I will definitely write a bigger review. For now I trust the product and happy to get it on sale !
Bach flower remedies are a homeopathic formula . I wouldn't be without them.
I use a bunch of Bach flower remedies with the faith they are doing something. A healer told me which ones to get. I’m a cynic and a pessimist, and yet I keep re-ordering these Bach remedies… a gut hunch (ha ha) makes me feel that they are doing something. …which is saying a lot (while saying nothing at the same time).
