I first used this remedy when I had an important event and wanted to feel more confident in myself. I did get some relief from just one drop of this supplement. I have used other products from this brand so I know they are high quality and have had benefits for me. I will continue to experiment with homeopathy.

wonderful flower essences that bring harmony, if used correctly. high-quality glicerine solution that is suitable for all ages. a bit difficult to open the protective foil.
Flower remedies are effective supplements that help to balance emotions. They are wrapped in beautiful packaging and are very appealing to the eye. Flower essences are safe to administer to children and pets. I do recommend using the glycerin based formula for children and cats.
I am a person with low confidence. every time when I get to work, I give myself 2 sprays and it seems to work.
I’m a big fan of Bach flower essences however I did not realize until I received my order that all of the smaller ml bottles are not the traditional formula they’re made with vegetable glycerin. Which is fine it’s just not my preference. Still a big fan but definitely prefer the original ones and I think the labeling could be more clear when ordering on the app.
It’s nice easing therapy for so many mental conditions tastes good I think it doesn’t help that much but it’s soothing

I've purchased chestnut bud, hornbeam, larch and water violet together so ive added them together in a bottle. Didn't seem to see the effects after a month of consuming.
The results are subtle, but Larch helps is having confidence in yourself and having more grit when present with difficult situations. I recommend Bach flower essences.
