Black flower remedies are a high-quality and made with sustainable ingredients. Oak is one of my favorites as someone living with long Covid, and energy limiting illness. I take this as a reminder to honor my body’s needs and limits. The taste is slightly sweet, as you would expect from glycerin, and you can only taste a hint of oak if you are putting the drops directly in your mouth. It’s pretty flavorless in water.

Little to no taste. Easy to use. Flower essences are not homeopathic. Flower essences are a different energetic healing modality from homeopathy.
