Really good quality enzymes. I have issues with my stomach acid and can't digest fats and protein. These enzymes blend has helped me to come to the point where I can atleast incorporate some protein and fats in my meals without flaring up so badly. I have intestinal permeability and gut disbyosis. The package contains 90 tablets which may keep you going for 3 months or less, depending on your needs. I've seen the most benefit having 2 capsules with two of my meals a day but it's really depending on your case.

This has been an extremely beneficial supplement in rebuilding my gut microbiome during Mark Hyman's SIBO Recovery Protocol. Fat digestion can be pretty impaired when dealing with SIBO, so the inclusion of lipase has been a boon. While this is only a part of the protocol, it is the one I experienced the most discomfort from missing a dose.
