I bought this to try since King Oscar is generally good quality and I've long been a fan of their sardines and mackerel. I liked that it is Atlantic salmon but I took one star off because it's farmed and not wild salmon. Clean ingredient list. The size of the package is just sufficient for one meal. Salmon is firm and juicy. Provides good and convenient source of protein and beneficial Omega 3s for my diet and salads.

Real protein on a bread tasty very healthy. It is in olive oil recommended.

I cracked this open and put it over rice. It is one of my favorite tin fish that I’ve ever tasted in my life. It is really good. And I never tried this flavor before and I’m actually glad that I did because it turned out to be my favorite. I like that you don’t have to cook it, but of course I understand for those who choose to. Salmon is very beneficial when it comes to protein and I think it makes a nice cute little meal when you add it with rice or other veggies.
