This supplement Shoden Ashwaghanda which is one of the most potent forms of ashwaghanda. Sports Research is also a consistent quality brand. I do recommend.

Was expecting a bit more, the design and the smell say good quality, but after finishing the bottle I felt it pretty average. I don't know, wouldn't mind to try again, but I think there are better choices?

Seems to be very expensive compared to other brands as serving size is 2, I am using it now, it seems to be ok, but I am thinking maybe to switch to a different brand at a lower price point. I have been taking ashwagandha for a long time now that I didn't feel any difference so that should be a good thing.
