No gelatin good for vegetarian.. Also has combo of vitd3 and k2 abs the ingredients are clean and dosage is clear and quality og the product is good.. Helps raise the immunity and k2 helps the absorption of vitamin d3.. So good for deffiency people.. Hopefully will see the effect in few months.. And no gelatin good for kids
